We - Martine (46) and daughter Milu (18) - bought this beautiful farm in the summer of 2009. Martine was already used to living in another country: she moved to Portugal in 1986, where she runned her animal friendly and semi-organic farm for several years. She was also the co-owner of a real estate agency and a small building company.

After moving back to the Netherlands with her daughter in 1993, Martine studied English and Portuguese. A few years later, she set up the first Dutch "eco" job mediation agency. She sold her company in 2006 and from then on had several temporary jobs.

Ever since Martine left Portugal, the south of Europe was often on her mind. At a certain moment she decided that one day she would move to France. So when she found the farm house, a dream came true, and in june 2010 mother and daughter moved to France. Milu will start her academic year at Maastricht University in september, so she'll be at the farm on and off!

Both Martine and Milu are very pleased with the purchase. The chocolate brown labrador Chock, the black kat Felix, and the 2 rabbits are also very thrilled!
